Information needed to set up an account: business name, billing address, shipping address, contact name, phone number, email, federal EIN number, and a copy of your reseller’s certificate (if you have your number and cannot locate your state’s form, you may use the Pennsylvania form here).

Classical Academic Press prices its publications to resellers at list price less discount. Any reseller may set the price for re-sale at any level it wishes. Classical Academic Press reviews list prices once a year in November and all changes are effective January 1.

Distributor/Reseller discounts are based on annual sales orders. Please contact our office (contact listed above) for discount scale.

*New distribution accounts will be based on estimated orders for the first year and adjusted at the end of 12 months for the following year.

  • Pre-pay accounts are paid by credit card via phone for each order. If there is a need to pay by check for pre-pay accounts, the order and check should be mailed to: Classical Academic Press, 515 S. 32nd St., Camp Hill, PA 17011
  • Net 30 terms are available for qualifying accounts.  One bank reference and three trade accounts references are needed for a Net 30 account (application here).

Returns are accepted up to 90 days after the original date of the invoice for titles that are salable, unmarked, in new condition and in the current edition. No credit will be given for damaged items. Returned units may not exceed the number of units originally billed.

Physical returns should be sent by a traceable service with the appropriate documentation as cited above.
