The colorful God’s Great Covenant New Testament Timeline & Map Set includes an interactive timeline of the events of the New Testament, as well as key historical events occurring in the world during the same time periods. The 16 maps integrate the history and geography of the New Testament. The set corresponds with both God’s Great Covenant New Testament 1 and God’s Great Covenant New Testament 2.
The timeline is reversible and can be used in different ways. One side is a completed version, with all of the events and images included. The reverse side is blank, and cutout images and events (provided) can be added to the timeline as you progress through the God's Great Covenant series, making the timeline interactive! Two separate tracks are printed on the timeline so students can follow biblical events along with key historical world events. The full length of the timeline stretches to 76".
There are 16 large full-color maps, featuring 3-D illustrations, include the cities of Galilee and Palestine; the Roman Empire and its provinces; Christ’s travels outside of Galilee; the missionary journeys of Paul, Peter, and Philip; and much more. Each map is 13" by 19".
The Bible tells us God’s story. It has many parts, but from beginning to end, it is one story with a promise throughout: “I will be your God, and you will be My people.” Through this story, we learn who God is, who mankind is, how the world came to be, and how God worked through history to bring redemption to His people. The God’s Great Covenant series will narrate this story for your student in an engaging and unique way.
